Founded by a holistic fitness and wellness coach who understands the journey from self-doubt to self-trust, SŌMA blends evidence-based training with somatic awareness and mindful practice. Over the years, SŌMA has guided women to break free from diet culture, rebuild their relationship with movement, and embody the strength they've always carried.
Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that your body holds wisdom — and our role is to help you remember how to listen.
